By installing or using Life Admin you agree to these terms. They describe what the App does, what it doesn't, your rights, our rights, and what happens when something goes wrong. We've tried to keep the language plain.
Life Admin is an iOS and macOS application that helps you track legal and financial obligations and renewal deadlines. It uses artificial intelligence to suggest a country-specific catalogue of obligations and to parse free-text or scanned-document inputs.
The App also runs Life Scan (Pro feature), which periodically surfaces obligations the AI thinks you may have forgotten to capture.
Life Admin's catalogues, suggested amounts, deadlines, and checklists are generated by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) using a curated playbook of country-specific rules. The AI can be wrong. Tax laws, insurance regulations, vehicle inspection schedules, and government fees change frequently. Amounts and dates may be outdated, jurisdiction-specific sub-rules (e.g. by region or municipality) may not be captured, and the AI may misinterpret your input.
You are responsible for verifying every obligation, every amount, and every deadline before acting on it. Life Admin is a memory aid, not a legal, tax, or financial advisor. We provide statute citations where possible to help you verify — please use them.
The "Help us verify" feature in the App lets you flag anything that looks wrong. We use that feedback to improve the country playbook.

Life Admin offers a free tier and a Pro subscription. Pro is sold via Apple's StoreKit, billed through your Apple ID, and managed in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The current price and trial conditions are shown in the App at the point of purchase.
The free tier permits up to 5 active obligations and a one-time grant of 10 AI captures (used when adding obligations via text, voice or photo — onboarding catalogue parses are free of charge and rate-limited rather than credit-deducted). The Pro tier permits unlimited active obligations and 20 AI actions per rolling 30-day window from subscription start; cache hits do not count against this allowance. Top-up packs of 20 additional AI actions are available at €1.99 to both free and Pro users; these additional credits do not expire. Unused free or Pro allowances do not carry over.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: most data lives on your device, we collect the minimum needed to run the AI service, and we don't sell or share data.
The App, its source code, the country playbook, the brand and design remain our intellectual property. The obligations you capture in the App are yours; you can export them at any time via Settings → Export data (JSON).
You can stop using the App and delete it at any time. Uninstalling removes all locally-stored data. To delete your server-side account (the iCloud-record-id mapping and any Pro purchase records), email [email protected] — we'll process within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Life Admin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses, missed payments, fines, expired documents, or other damages resulting from missed deadlines, incorrect AI output, or temporary unavailability of the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is capped at the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100 if you're a free user — whichever is greater.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for things that cannot be limited under applicable law (e.g. gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence).
We may update these terms when the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after that date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes go to the courts of Ireland, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you different rights — in which case those rights apply.
